So much for “recycling” – I came from a major metropolitan area before coming here & to have plastics not considered as recycling? Thought Oregon was supposed to support it not be against it or even picky with it…
Very rude on the phone. However, I have nothing nice to say, so I won’t say it. Maybe someday we will have a competitor in town to fix the problems that exist with this company.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. You put your garbage out (in the prescribed manner) and they take it. End of story. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences in their office and they do what I pay them to do.
Nothing like a service with absolutely no competition! When the city makes a deal for a reduced rate for the services they need, the rest of us pony up with higher fees than neighboring cities. Democracy and free enterprise at work?

I am not sure what the issue is that they don’t pick up my garbage. I have called and complained. I was told the garbage will be pick up the next day, but it didn’t. Today, they skipped my garbage again. Just took the recycle. I am paying on time so and I would like to know what the problem is.
I have lived here no for over 3 years. The first few pickups didn’t go well, but the house had been empty for well over a year. But from that point on I have had no problems at all. Can almost know the time by when my guy is coming. Just happy I don’t have to run to the dump!!!

I have always received great pick up service. I am on a biweekly schedule and whenever I need an extra pick up they have accommodated my request.

Garbagemen do a fantastic job. The phone service I give 0.5 out of ten. Very rude if she answers at all. Time to retire. Prices are despicable.
The garbage/recycle people are actually quite nice! The office staff is awful. Anytime you call they act like you are asking for their kidney.
