I love coming here! When I go in, there is a bit of a wait but I don’t mind at all. I’ve been going here to get my glasses since 2018, and the first time I’ve gone in I was super nervous, but they helped me understand what they were doing. Discovered early onset dry AMD which I was unaware of, started treatment, now feel and see ten years younger.
I was in to get some final pictures of my eye before my procedure, good experience, I was explained everything in detail and answered all my questions, really like Dr. Rupp and his staff.
Overall it was a great experience. But when I went to the store to get my eyeglasses adjusted, the receptionist was so impersonal and unsympathetic saying that my glasses that I had purchased there had not been purchased there. I just went away feeling really disappointed and upset.

Must be a miserable place to work. Staff is consistently moody, especially nurse assistants. Plus had an 7:15 an appointment. Arrived at 7:08 and had to stand outside in 20 degree weather till 7:15. Really poor service.

Dr Dastrup is always on top of my treatments. He is thorough and professional with his practice. I would highly recommend, especially if you deal with corneal ulcers.
