Was given the wrong fitting for my gas hookup- a mistake that cost me $100 in service fees. Then I had 2 40lb tanks filled at the Central Square location. One was filled only partially and lasted less than a week. There was zero response to this when I reported it. Not going back.

Straightforward uncomplicated service. The only thing I don’t like is the door hanger invoices which always blow away and I don’t find until a month later when the snow melts. I don’t understand why they can’t mail the invoice or simply put the invoice in the mailbox when done. This improvement would easily garner them a 5 star rating.
