THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. YOU ASK THEM FOR A BILL AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY SEND IT OUT. WHEN YOU CALL AND TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LADIES ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They have people who must hate their lives working there. They are always rude or have an attitude when you call about their service. I can’t even pay my bill because they NEVER PICK UP!! I called them yesterday 4 times to pay and no one picks up or calls you back.

I have never had a problem with this company. Honestly I love my trash guys and even remember them at Christmas time. We are very appreciative to have great dependable trash service.
Called because my trash hadn’t been picked up in two weeks. Put on hold for over 5 minutes, and they still had previous owner phone number from over 9 years ago on my account. Bad customer service.
I should have read the reviews before wasting my time calling them. Couldn’t get pass the rude woman who answered my call. I don’t understand why someone would treat a potential client in such a rude manner. I’d rather take my own trash to the garbage than to give my money to them!

Unfortunately the office staff is uncaring and unapologetic. If your cc expires they just put a “do not pick up” order on your account rather than making a phone call or sending out an email. I refuse to do business with companies that have poor customer service.
