I CALLED THE BAY CITY WATER DEPT.They are so so Friendly. TREVOR THE GENTLEMAN I TALKED TO ABOUT A WATER ISSUE I HAVE WAS UNBELIEVABLE VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH REALL Appreciated .Also all the other people I talked too THANKS
Customer service on a matter as simple as scheduling a final meter read is best described as, curt. Also don’t ask for a confirmation email. Seemed to have offended them. Hope their day gets better.
Can’t make my payment online, keeps kicking me out telling me to try again later. Called and the recording says make sure you call between these times (check) and we’re closed to the public due to covid. Yet everything is opened back up but …
