  1. They not tell you all the information you need to know so when you come up here you find out you can’t get something started because something wasn’t done

  2. I just called to get information on how to set up a water account. The woman short tempered rudely answered the phone and was not helpful at all. If this is the service they are going to provide there needs to be some changes made.

  3. The people that work here are less than helpful and rude. Everything is explained as a third-party issue and they can’t do anything about it. Website is very hard to read through and get the right answers. But unless I move I’m just stuck with it, right? Good luck if you need any help.

  4. Y’all it’s a water co! They do their job and provide water. I’ve never not had water in ten years that wasn’t because of some sort of sanitation dist issue so yea…they’re working to be more in the times as far as payments and stuff now too.

  5. Office staff is rude and difficult to deal with. They are not helpful and snide when asked questions. The office would benefit from a complete clean out of office staff.

  6. Rude arrogant employees top off fundamental problems of BCW. I don’t trust the water to be consistently safe coming out of the Ohio River and their pipes are so close to the surface that the water all around Mt Zion Rd and down Dixie Hwy is …

  7. My street was place on a boil water advisory but being at home inside all day I was unaware. I bathed and fed my daughter with this water. Called in the employee knew nothing and couldnt direct me or advise of what may be in the water. No …

  8. I’ve had my water shut off twice in 2 months (with no notice) because of record keeping mistakes on their end steming from when I shut off water at my old house, when we moved into our new house. VERY inconvenient and both instances happened after hours/weekend so there was nothing we could do until next day.

  9. Dunno why they get bad reviews for communication. I just called to ask about new service and the lady that answered was great. Quickly gave me the information I needed and was extremely polite.

  10. County will have wasted about 187k gallons (edited this down from 250k) of water due to not fixing a cracked pipe by the street in front of my house. 18 gallons a minute is a rough estimate. Could be more but pretty sure not less. A …

  11. Arrogant, unpleasant staff. Never helpful at all. They really act as if they hate their job or hate people in general. I’m in disbelief that the employees I’m referring to are still employed there. There’s no Way the district isn’t aware of …

  12. I understand that it is often frustrating to deal with the bureaucracy of public utilities, but I am surprised to see so many comments disparaging the office staff. I manage a handful of properties in the area and whenever I have a question …

  13. they are as useless as can be. You call about your bill and all they tell you is their system only takes checking accounts not credit or debit cards. They have a third party to that and so I asked her well how did they get my card number to debit my account and she said I don’t know

  14. They only care about putting in new services. If you have a leak on existing service they will hack job repair it. Then trash your yard and not come back to fix it for months. Always an excuse and the employees will lie straight to your …
