If I could give less than a star I would. If I’m paying a bill, I should know what I’m paying for exactly. There isn’t a reason good enough that I can think of to pay 2 water bills for one residence….
Been with them for over 2 years now. My sewer started out no more than $30 and now march 2021, it has gone up to almost $60. Nothing has changed on my end, so don’t understand what’s going on. Staff can’t explain it either apparently.
Prices keep going up – WAY UP! The latest price increase was just over 40%. For reference, the regular water bill has NOT increased over the last several months. They do NOT answer their phone, so I have been unable to find out why so much. The sewer bill is now double what the water bill is.

Was told they had switched computer systems & my automatic payments were no longer being processed. I managed to get a mgr. who said they’d look into it and get back to me. Never did. Won’t answer their phone. Now they are billing me late …
I just got hung up on by the “office manager” Della, at this place of business over a account my landlord got switched to my name without my knowledge. they charged me 125 dollar application fee but yet kept sending my bill to the wrong …

They never answer the phone! Get them to send a bill an have been disconnected twice.
