Paid bill at 8:10 am online and still turned my water off. The worst part is Friday so no water until Monday.

No payments over the phone. You can pay online, but when you call they will tell you you have to come up there because they don’t take payments over the phone, they won’t tell you you can pay online. Plummerville is a little out of the way and it’s just unconvinent.

Rudest selfish people ever, disconnected my water right at close on the day before Thanksgiving over 50… and refused to work with me, and when I called to talk to someone higher they refused and told me it just wasn’t getting turned back …
Absolutely disgusting! Had orange water today, called, the lady didn’t know, said it was my house pipes and to replace them. Finally got a hold of a neighbor and he let me know they had a water leak so they had tore up the line to fix it …
Sorry group of people.. sneak up to your house and turn your water off late in the evening so you go all night without water if you forget to pay your bill on time instead of just knocking on the door or calling texting a reminder and getting the money.
