I love this copertive. They treat there customers with respect and the power is reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. I’m not sure why someone gave them 1 star, and didn’t even right a review.
See a lot of reviews that say how friendly they are. The women I spoke with today was very short and very unprofessional. Didn’t get cross with the individual once and got attitude the whole time. I’m sorry that dealing with customers is such an inconvenience to you. Other than that I’ve had a good overall experience!
Online system must be terrible. Correct email and phone number on file. Set up auto pay that failed (usually paid with credit card, set up autopay with bank acct). No notification that it failed so then power gets disconnected and have to …
Not Happy at all my daughter inlaw is late on her power bill we have had 2 deaths in the family this month and they have no compassion at all. 2 young children won’t even try and qork.with us at all. So sad they just don’t care 90 right now

Place is terrible, $3 service fee to pay your bill via debit card? Never had a utility company CHARGE ME to pay my bill.
They are always very pleasant and super helpful. They are right on top of restoring power when there is an outage. I have no complaints at all.
