Terrible customer service, backwards billing system, and a whole book of unwritten rules they impose on people. If anyone would like to have it out legally with them I’d be happy to join you.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The front desk older lady is a very rude person. They never will work with you on your bill after they charge you a 50 dollar fee for a shut off that hadn’t even happened yet.
