Very helpful with payment plan due to COVID hardship. Nicole has always been very rude but new worker Tony was exceptionally nice, nonjudgmental and easy to work with. Beth has always been nice too. Thank you to all who truly care about making ppl feel human. Nicole should observe you and take a lesson.
Spoke with Danielle in your customer service department who was able to help clarify my usage on a way that did not make sense in the billing statement. Happy to see those are being revised. Having customer centric, intelligent people on your front lines is absolutely essential, I hope you treat her very well.
