THE WORST COMPANY!! My bill use to run between $40-$80 a month and suddenly it spiked to $300 a month. They said it could’ve been a leakage so we hired a plumber that didn’t find any leakage. They don’t let us contest our bills and they turn off the water without any warning.

A terrible water company. They broke their own pipe and took a week to fix it. After I get it turned off and they are supposed to send me my deposit back they took all but 6 dollars for any fake fee they could come up with. You’re better off asking your friends for water than to use this sham of a company.
As a business it would be very helpful if Marshall County Board of Public Utilities would give a courtesy text to let customers know that their water is about to be turned off. There was a bill that was paid a day late and when paid a extra …
