Unbelievable lack of care at this so-called ‘Service’ Authority. I had to leave water running several days 12/22 during hard freeze. Tried to make arrangements to pay $300+ water bill in installments. Nope! Not allowed! Pay in full, or we shut it off!

Website is beyond useless. They are so far behind other agencies that they don’t have an app. Impossible to report outages or problems with service. WCSA is a complete joke.
