I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t taken as good of care of my teeth at I should which had resulted in some major work. Not once was I made to feel bad about it (as most other dentists I’ve seen have done) but instead focused on my treatment and preventative care.
Lazy receptionist, called to find out a price on a tooth extraction was giving a price without being asked if I had insurance. When I asked her about my insurance coverage she told me she still didnt know instead of looking it up to be a little more specific. I know there’s a lot of insurance plans out there but come on.
I was treated well by all staff. Doctor Cox is knowledgeable, skilled and uses latest equipment. They were able to show me where and why the work was needed. All in all a great experience.
