Worst Business in town, the rudest personal I’ve ever dealt with, service is horrible and always going out, but the people that’s in the office is horrible, will advise everyone to leave them alone and do business elsewhere
This website says CP-Tel is open today (Saturday) from 9 to 3. I have phoned both numbers, 352-1793 and 352-0006, multiple times this morning beginning at 9:54 AM and let it ring ten times, and nobody answers and there is no answering machine to take a message.
incompetent, unreliable, unsecure, unmanaged. Only reason this place is still in business is because people don’t have a choice! Keep dying EpicTouch/CP-Tel
So If you have any issues over the weekend expect no local support until Monday- maybe. No one local is available. My call was sent to someplace n South Dakota I think. Zero help.
The speeds on my fiber connection to the internet are simply amazing. Had about 6 months now and not a single outage (except of course when SWEPCO goes down) Very Happy with the service. Highly Recommended.
This is by far the worst to have service with, they dont care about nothing but they money half of the time the service is very poor and mines always goes out on the weekend and have to wait forever for someone to come fix it! I wish they had another internet service!!!
Constantly losing service. And even when services are running, they’re terribly slow. Wish we had other options, honestly, but competition isn’t available because of course it isn’t. No incentive to offer quality service when you’re the only one offering service.
My at&t tv satellite goes out with just an overcast and don’t let IT SPRINKLE OR RAIN it KNOCKS BOTH OUT. My at&t and huges net when I had direct it NEVER went out period I changed because there rates kept going up
Rates doubled in just over a year. Paying same price as fiber optic, whether dial up, dsl, fiber optic. U don’t see it justifiable. Always going out and business don’t work that way. They have it locked in this area so no one else can come in. Greed I guess.

Can’t get past the initial prompt for the phone number and PIN. We were never given a PIN. I have no way to contact to report Internet outages.
