  5. Most of the time I call I’m on hold for an hour to two hours at a time, and most of the time they awnser to only to put you back on hold, online wise they are bad but coming into their actual buildings they have nice service that timely helps you.

  13. I went in to open an account and spoke with Rena. She was unable to meet one of my specific banking needs, but instead of pushing me out the door she recommended a bank and even googled the address for me. Excellent customer service!

  14. They literally charged me an o/d fee when I overdrafted by 3 dollars. The person I spoke to was not willing to help. I get it was my mistake, but come on I have never even had an over draft fee waived before, nor have I overdrafted before.. a simple math error they could have waived as a 1x courtesy.. will take my business elsewhere.
