For the second time this water department claims our check has not arrived and sent a late notice. They have no capacity for credit card payments. This is a backward town and someday it might join the rest of us in the 21st century. Be forewarned should you have a similar problem.
I cant believe you charge 10.00 improvement fee on customers that rent ?that is the responsibility of home owners ! AND you charge for paying on line !dont spend it all in one place !
