They are ether open or closed its a gussing game everytime you show up. Used to be on Fridays they were open normal hours now they close at lunch time.
This is one of the nicest Water Utility companies I have been to. The people here are very level headed and nice and have always helped me out. Just be sure to treat them how you want to be treated and you should be fine.

They do not care about their customers, and since they are the only water we have in town they can do what the hell they want.
