Crow wing power is a company that rips u off year after year and u don’t even realize it take the amount u pay for a year and compare it to the amount of power used and u will see bunch of crooks
Very nice people, but the automated phone system is terrible, and they wont take a card over the phone for billing unless it’s through the automated service. Overall terrible customer service that forces you to do what they want not what is best for the customer or what is convenient.
Several times in the last few years storms have caused power outages at my house. Crow wing power was always prompt at working hard to restore our power, even on Christmas evening one time after a large snowstorm.
I think CWP is great. I’ve been a member since 1982 and they have provided great customer service. I just got off the phone after asking them to look up something purchased from them in 1986, and Brad and Mark were both extremely helpful.
I am grateful for the hard work and long hours the crow wing power employees have put forth in the last few days with this memorial week storm we’ve had. Their dedication to all of us deserve our thanks and admiration.
We experienced a serious thunderstorm with strong winds that took down legacy trees all around us on Adney Lake. Power lines were down and poles broken. Although I don’t like being without the convenience of electricity. And I don’t have a …

Just called to get our billing address changed. Both the receptionist and the person in the billing department were remarkably cheerful and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Insane deposit required even with a perfect billing history through previous power provider Minnesota Power.
