Dirty place ran by some nasty ladies in the office. I really wish the county or state would do something about it.
It is odd to have two sets of hours posted. Have a single time that you close posted to avoid confusion to customers.
Rude ladies at the cashier office, wish I could pay online. The rates are a lie! Everyone knows this and nothing is being done.

They need an online payment option. The service in person is terrible and extremely difficult to pay my bill. It’s so annoying.
Been with them for a year now…with the exception of closing early once that I was not aware of… always very helpful and very courteous.
The complaints I hear are usually customers that are/were misinformed and didn’t understand the changes that were updated.
