They email bills (even after being asked to mail them) under strange unidentified names with no info in the message line, which results in the bill being deleted without being opened. Then they want “late charges”

Be advised that once you buy a condo from Lennar, this organization (Crummack Huseby) charges you $150 to fill out a one-page questionnaire that asks basic questions about your condo complex. This info is easy to answer for them and probably very similar for each buyer… yet there’s a high fee.
