Can’t speak for their service or customer service, but as a contractor coming in doing some work for Republic, much better and respectful compared to many companies I’ve done small jobs for. Thank you guys for preparing everything for my crew and I before we arrived, it’s much appreciated.
We have lived here since August of 2016, and they have missed our garbage pick up four times in the six months we have been here. Totally unacceptable, and I really cannot understand how it has happened repeatedly.

What an awful excuse for a service company. Missed pickups again and again and what do we get for that? A $22 increase! FYI, you don’t make up for all the lost customers by jacking up the few remaining customers bill. What a poorly managed company.
Do yourself a favor and use someone else. Just started using Republic and they’ve already had multiple missed pickups. Went full weeks with no pickup, called asking why our trash wasn’t taken and was told “just keep leaving it out there and they’ll eventually get it”. Just awful service all around.
