Took my daughter there this morning got there about 815 waited over an two hour’s and a half and still never got to see a doctor so we left. I will be finding another doctor for her this isn’t the first time!!!
They refused to see my 1 month old baby unless we paid $92.00, because her insurance is still has not sent a card. $92.00 for a checkup are you for real.

I wouldn’t have my children seen by anyone else but Dr. Jordan and his staff- and the fact that he has a walk-in clinic that is open on weekends and holidays is the icing on the cake! Thanks for always being there for us!
I know that people get upset and make bad reviews, but every one on here is true. This place has the most rude front desk receptionists you’ll probably ever encounter, ER like wait times and a terrible appointment system in place.

I’ve never been more disappointed and disgusted with a child cares customer service. My child hasn’t even seen the same dr twice. Unorganized and poorly managed. Take it from a single father with full custody take your child care needs elsewhere and save yourself a headache

Dr Angel Reeves is the best! She always talks to my son and asks him questions and doesn’t just run in and out, she makes sure she knows the whole situation. He doesn’t talk to anybody like he does her- she really connects with her patients and cares for them. Best doctor my son has ever had!

It was our first time here today, our appointment was for 9:30 and didn’t see our pediatrician until after 10. Also they don’t have freaking baby locks on the cabinet doors our room, so I got to wait those 30 minutes trying to prevent my toddler from getting in them.
