Needed to pay my mother’s bill. I did not have the account number and she was in the hospital. They would not look it up so that I could pay it. Very rude and condescending.

They allow people to pay their bills with stolen credit card information. Then refuse to revel the persons information who used the card to report to the police
Constant flickering often on powers never on half the time last time it went off for about two days I lost everything in the refrigerator I’m not doing that again y’all need to get the problem solved or go out of business

Worst electric utility provider on the planet. Rude customer service. The price for electricity is outrageous. Wish there were an alternative so I could switch providers so I wouldn’t have to support these rip-off artists.
