Good service and very courteous people. No one likes having to pay for trash service but these people do a good job and show up rain or shine!

Worst company, overpriced and missed me every other week. Went to ABC Waste and no issues and paying less. I tried working with Curbie because all my neighbors have them, I am now trying to get them to move as well.
We always pay in advance but our trash has not been picked up for the last 3 weeks. Just called, the person who I talked with wasn’t the least bit concerned. Will most likely which services.
Hardworking people! I occasionally forget to take my garbage can to the street and these guys will pull it down for me. Thank you! Happy to have a very reliable trash service that goes the extra mile.
Managed to skip a bill by mistake and am trying to get information to pay it. Their web page is useless; they sent me a five digit web number that doesn’t work on the web to look up my bill; their office closes early; etc. etc. The folks that pick up the trash are really nice, but their web pages are woefully behind the times.
The service is terrible! They have missed picking up my trash (which is always left out at the curb) on more than one occasion and they arbitrarily raised everyone’s rates without permission. I’ve heard from a lot of other folks who have similar complaints. Use any other trash removal service than Curbie Sanitation.
For the last year, my 3 year old Grandson looks for the “garbage man”& they are so nice to recognize him and blow the horn.It may not seem like much but the joy on his face is incredible ❣️ Today one of the guys brought him some early Halloween candy and he saved it to show his Mama… Thanks Curbie!

If you place extra cardboard on the SIDE of your trashcan because it won’t FIT, they will LEAVE IT THERE. Rude – NO OTHER companies would do that. So get a box cutter and you’ll have to slice up large boxes and STUFF THEM INSIDE your recycle bin OR ELSE. Sad.
