More expensive than the company they replaced. They don’t offer any better service for the increased price. Their website is garbage. Why should I have to register to pay a bill? Why can’t I pay a bill over the phone on a Sunday? All in all, just another greedy company with subpar service.

D&D has been a great provider since we moved into a new neighborhood a few years ago. My son is 2 and loves watching for the truck to come each week, and they’ve even stopped to give him a mini garbage truck. It was a small part of their day but truly made my son’s week. Wonderful customer service!
