They usually do what they say they will, but they NEVER communicate with customers when they fail to pick up trash/yard debris etc. due to weather. You have to call them to find out why they failed to act responsibly. I called them today. I doubt they’re going to change their 20th century ways of communication (or lack thereof).
10 years of service never had a problem. Been in the office & made phone calls to let them know I had extra items to be picked up. Always taken care of. Seem like there are many very unlucky folks out there or they just like to complain, must make them feel good. So sad.
They’re very good at pickups, recycling, and providing a basket for clean glass, paint cans & items like antifreeze containers. Also, batteries placed in a plastic bag. All go in the red basket. They pickup trash containers on a regular schedule each week. I’m very happy with their services.
Not only is this a great recycling drop off, but I also have to give thanks for the men who helped me around 2003 when I got my car stuck on a tree stump trying to turn around in their driveway. They came out like the mentos commercial and lifted my tiny hatchback up. I’m a couple of decades late, but thanks.
