Do not do business with D and P. Terrible customer service and internet service. Thought I was getting a good deal with a local “mom and pop” company, only to find out they use the same bait and switch tactics everyone else does. Contacting BBB next and going with Frontier for internet.
Expensive and unreliable service, poor speeds and unusable in the evening. I had them out to investigate issues multiple times before they gave up and said it won’t be fixed and to leave if I want to. They know they’re the only option in the area. Terrible experience.

This company’s internet is unusable. The usual answer to any issues, which is a common occurrence, is to unplug and plug back in the router. I tested 0.07 Mbps the other night while speed testing the internet. This is completely unacceptable. Sadly, they are the only option for internet where I live.

Daily lose connection almost frequently. Then call for assistance and connection issue seems resolved for about a week or two at best. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. Often times I even fail to connect on my Playstation 4 through LAN cable for days. Especially bad if you are uploading/downloading.
