  7. No pay by phone on the weekends. You don’t always need a live agent you know.
    It’s frustrating that there are no automated service.
    So you either pay online or through your bank.
    More options will be nice.

  8. As a long-time local resident and a Realtor who deals with Dakota Electric several times a year, I can say that they have always been a pleasure to work with…not sure I can say that about any other utility provider. Nice work!

  9. While initially annoyed with their billing practices (lack of reading meters which resulted in bills twice the amount they should have been), they did immediately address and correct the issue when I brought it to their attention.

  10. I never have a problem with the service. What I’m unhappy about is they charge $3.95 to pay your bill. In this day and age that is un acceptable. No other place I know of does this. I don’t want to sign up for auto pay and billing.
