Dallas County Hospital Reviews ( 17 )

  1. Parking close to entrance, automatic doors, no curb or steps at entrance, friendly staff to direct you to where you need to go, elevator to go to other levels, elevator conveniently located near entrance.

  2. The fact that Dallas county hospital does accept all insurance is a disgrace. I have Medica insurance and if I have a health problem, I’m forced to drive to Polk county or pay full price.

  3. My dad came in by ambulance for an asthma attack and he sat in a room for over an hour. Barely anyone came to check up on him. An hour later he was sent home still coughing and wheezing! It is ridiculous! The next day he is in the same shape he was when we called!

  4. I would rather not go here….ever again. Literally, If I got shot, I would rather dig the bullet out myself and stitch it closed without numbing the area than go here. Zero help, zero answers, and a waste of my time.

How do you know that without imaging or anything. And told me to take a medication that I specifically said it just makes the pain worse, then sent me on my way.

  7. I want to thank three employees here at the Dallas County Hospital. I came in Sunday evening after I was in a go cart accident the night before. I was treated so well by Tanya from the time I got there until the time I left, which wasn’t …

  8. Absolutely horrible care in the ER. Husband was forced to sit outside for 25 minutes with a 103 temperature before he was able to come in for treatment for covid. Wasn’t given any information on what was going to happen or after care. He was treated poorly by the nurse for not being vaccinated.

  9. The nurses on the second floor are wonderful so sweet those poor staff had to put up with my BF for a week (he can be a bit of a handful lol). The kitchen staff starting with the cooks to the service staff are also amazing they went out of …
