Worst customer service there is. What an absolute joke. 1 star is being generous.
Many times they have left trash that has fallen out of trash cans while dumping. We have called and complained and still this happens.
Person that was working there, was put front & was nice enough to help me with the heavy boxes of paper that I had to recycle.
They make it a habit to knock our bins over and drag them all over the sidewalk. They’ve already broken one of my bins and came close to breaking another one today. Knock it off already.
Recycling can be difficult. Only a small part of the large container is open. So it makes it hard to keep your distance from others. And it’s full almost.

Have tried for over a month to get pricing on renting a dumpster for a remodel project.
