I’ve been going to Dallas Eye Care for years and years. Love the staff and the doctors. I feel comfortable leaving my eyes in their care for another 20 years. My only complaint might be the long wait in the always-full waiting room.
Very thorough eye exam but overall, not a good experience. I had a 3:00 appt and was not seen until 3:50. When I mentioned this to the technician, her response was “oh, I guess we are”. Also, my appointment was with Dr. Stephens but another doctor did the final exam, without explanation.
