Front office are really nice. But one employee who works in the back by the name of Collins is rude. Everytime we go see the doctor he does not directs what we are doing or explains himself. He just gets up and expects us to just follow him. Needs to be more friendly with his patients.
Wait time at this clinic is about 1-2 hours. This clinic is all about quantity, not quality. Terrible record keeping as well. The doctor doesn’t say much about anything, so his word is taken with a grain of salt. However, the techs here are great people.

Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours for EVERY visit. Dr. Matthews is short with patients and has very poor bedside manners.
