  133. Horrible, nurses were rude and on edge. From the room I could hear them literally give the doctor attitude and telling him “that’s not helpful” and just up right ignorant. There’s no type of nice communication and takes foreverrrrrrr to get …

  134. I visited the ER yesterday I’m just making it in. From the Lady at the front desk to my Nurse Cait & Dr. Khursna they all was very nice & professional. I really appreciate kind people that care & do the job right. Thank you all so much

  135. All credit to the doctors, nurses, and ground level staff for doing their best, but this hospital just doesn’t give them enough resources to provide top flight care. Everyone is kind but stretched too thin, and quality of care/attention suffers.

  136. The security guard was extremely rude. Gave an attitude for no reason talks to you like if your are stupid. The nurse Jacob did a horrible job didn’t help my dad. Was not giving him his medication. Overall, bad experience will never go back to this hospital.I’d rather go somewhere else.

  137. Worst ER experience. It advertised “no wait” but I waited over 2.5 hours for a doctor to see me and send me home. No exams or scans .
On top of this I had a bad spasm and my muscles gave out , I fell to the floor …

  138. Absolute worst experience in an ER. I would not recommend this hospital, ever. ER was a 1 hr 45 minute wait to get back to a room per person. Then after triage, another 1 hr 30 minute wait for a doctor to come by. Then after another …

  139. After two positive covid tests and moderate symptoms I went to the ER because I was unable to contact my PCP. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and then placed in holding cell. Took my vitals and a chest X-ray and then after three …

  140. My review is actually going to solely focus on the security officer who helped me, Walton. I am 37 weeks pregnant and found myself in a very stressful situation that easily could’ve thrown me into labor! Walton was simply incredible. He …

  141. This hospital is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I would not trust their hands. They are not efficient and give poor treatment to their patients. I would not recommend going here for help. My brother was poorly treated and passed …

  142. Seen immediately by all staff: registration, nurses, doc, and CT tech. I arrived at 9:30pm and was home in 3 hours, which I was mentally prepared to be at the ER for 8 hours. Staff were respectful, nice and clearly had teamwork. …

  143. Most Hospitalizations are not pleasant, but, my admission to Dallas Medical Center was one that I won’t forget because every person who came into my room from housekeeping, to dietary, to nursing, ancillary staff, physicians, all were very …

  144. I visited the emergency room at this hospital and was SUPPOSED to be admitted. When I told the technician that I was claustrophobic he laughed.. and spoke down to me. My daughter came in and spoke to employee. I came in to get her.. …

  145. Brought my 7 month old here because an urgent care I took her to the night before brushed off her almost 104 fever. They were able to do the necessary tests to see why she had fever and the regular meds were not helping. The doctor was so kind and explained everything very thoroughly. The nurses were also so kind and caring.

  146. Within 30 minutes of getting to the ER, a cardiologist was explaining the tests that needed to be done and what he thought was the probable cause of my issues. He allowed and encouraged me to make my own decision based on the facts he …

  147. I really can’t say enough good things about the nurses, the receptionists, the technicians and the doctors I met here. I was seen immediately, and every single person was helpful and treated me like a human, not just a patient. Nobody …

  148. This hospitals very rundown and out of date. Hospital staff is definitely not up to par. I got here to the emergency room around 6:45pm. I’ve been in a room for almost 3 hour with no updates. I have rang the hospital bell and no one has …

  149. My husband had a medical emergency, but because he looks like a relatively healthy person we were not taken seriously. We told the EMT’s and nursing staff that he had previously had a stroke and it turns out he was experiencing a 2nd. The …
