The workers in the front office and billing are kind of rude and not at all helpful, specially when you call in. The whole place seems disorganized.

They don’t communicate well with patients regarding anything.
Just because you have gone to this place all your life does not mean it’s a good place,nobody can diagnose anything, disorganized mess!
It would be nice to receive a letter that your provider has left rather than having to hear it by word of mouth. This would be the professional way to handle things.
I have been going to this group since early to mid 80’s. I love my doctor and the staff is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring.
Dr.Smith is fine and the lab techs are good at taking blood painlessly. Aside from that, if you can, go somewhere else.
Even though l was an established patient and had an appointment, l waited 3 hours before being seen. THREE HOURS!! I would have left but l needed to see the doctor. No apology was given to me. So disappointing. I changed doctors.

I’ve been going here for about 20 years and the doctors and nurses are great! Very caring and friendly staff and they have their own lab, xray, and ultra sound so you don’t have to be sent to other places for simple test or blood test like other doctor offices.

I have been going here for 20 years or more love my doctor Karah but when you call in, the front office staff are very rude and very unfriendly.
