Great doctor, but only practice I know of that requires transportation to stay in the parking lot (in freezing weather) for over 4 hours or they will actually refuse the patient services. Then accuse you of abandonment. Very bad policy and actions of staff
Changed the time 2 times. The second time was day of surgery. I was the family member who had to rush to get out of work even earlier than already planned. We arrived on time at 1:15 instead of 2:30 for their new day of requested schedule …
They canceled my surgery the day before it was scheduled and made me wait 2 more months. Staff was rude and unhelpful. It was very difficult for me to schedule my life around the surgery and for them to cancel day before was extremely frustrating
