This place is just filthy, last time I was there with my grandma was last year and it was nice and clean but now omg it’s so dirty. A place that is supposed to spotless, my grandmother found a gauze with blood on the floor. They definitely need to do something about that cause I’m not taking my grandma back there again.

Staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Calling to make an appointment for your HEART should warrant a little more consideration than being told, “that’s not how this works” then get transferred to a voicemail system. Happily made an appointment else where, as a I recommend you do too.
