Cheap price. But CONSTANTLY Losing service. Speed isn’t the issue, it network connectivity. I mean, rain or shine service just goes out and sometimes stays out! It’s absolutly annoying, especially when I’m trying to work. If you need reliable service. I would spend a little more on someone else.
Getting set up was as easy as could be, representatives arrive at the exact time they promise, and so far the quality of my internet connection has been excellent. I highly encourage people to support this local business – they are so worth it!
In my experience, DC Access doesn’t provide the best internet, but they do provide excellent service. It’s such a relief not to have to deal with one of the big telecom companies.
We are new to the area and wanted to go with a smaller company and not deal with the hassle of having to ‘bundle items’ we do not want to get a reduced price. Install was quick and professional, and the internet works great.
WOW, what a difference! I would HIGHLY recommend using DC Access, give them and call like I did and find the perfectly tailored solution. I was DONE dealing with the big conglomerates and happy to now support LOCAL HOME GROWN BUSINESS that actually works great!
