Unnecessarily difficult to reach a supervisor upon request. Additionally, requests for call backs are ignored or fall on deaf ears. It’s also a challenge to get the name of supervisors and head of departments.

They have getting their money every month for my water bill for year in the same method of they I have been paying them and every since March of 2017 they have messing up on the billing on my water bills say the money did not get to them. …
Idk what is wrong with the sanitation system in D.C. but they literally dig up my street twice a month in Capitol Hill and shut off the water for hours at a time with no notice. Absolute nightmare.
