This management company is the worst to deal with, very unprofessional staff they can send your account to collection without any notification to the customer…..is this not illegal????
I have called this office on multiple occasions and the answer is always “they are in a meeting” They don’t do management, the onsite manager dose all the work for them. they just come in once a month to listen to the HOA and watch the checks come in. Awful customer service. Don’t recommend!!
