I havent had any bad experiences thus far probaly because i try not to even go in there, however i wish that they had online or pay over the phone because alot of times i really forget about mailing it off.
As others have stated all of their employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. In addition they don’t allow you to pay for your bill online or over the phone; highly inconvenient.

I actually just called in to have water disconnected at one of my rental houses. The lady who answered the phone was super nice! She asked me a few questions and said she would have it taken care of. It was a great experience for me. Maybe the staff has changed?

Have had the occasion to need these employees because of water leaks at my house and my mother-in-laws recently. Both the service guys and the lady in the office were very nice and helpful.
