They charged me for my license renewal, still have not received it and no one I need to talk to is available to find out the status of it, truly frustrating!!
Terrible customer service. I have called at least 7 times to pay a bill and have still not received an answer to my question. Each person I speak with simply transfers me to another department.
As if the penalties and interest this div tacks on isnt frustrating enough for our low income family, i cant pay bill on line despite pulling the requested information right off the bill. States they can’t locate us. Tried 9 tines. Now I gotta take time from my busy day and call them

In ALL years of dealing with this place I NEVER had an issue until today. I asked the girl on the phone a question and she pretty much mimiced me in a way that was completely disrespectful. To prevent me from replying her the same I hung up!
I’ve lived in 11 states. Never have I waited 4 months and counting for a tax refund. I’ve called and emailed over and over. Including Mark Cavanaugh. If you get a human be sure to ask them to post notes to your record. I’ve called at least 6 times. The last person I finally spoke with said that no notes were previously entered.

This organization is really behind they tell you they’re going to do one thing and it never gets done but yet you get penalized for it.
