I lost my subscription card and got someone on the phone right away who helped me in two ways. Very pleased.
is this the worst company in the history of the world….i wouldn’t vote no…absolute trash…they scam you out of coverage and pay lower than market on claims.
2 days trying to contact customer service, left on hold. . .worse customer service I have ever experience. . . says account suspended, must contact customer service. . . . . have enrollment confirmation email. . . . frustrating.
I’ve read a lot of negative comments but I haven’t had a problem thus far with them. They are always polite and answer my questions in detail. So far so good.
Covers more providers than most plans but their website is unreliable & difficult to use & their customer service is terrible.
