  1. Never had an issue personally they cover quite a bit for me an my family of 6 tho it is provided by my employer so that may be why it’s better then having it private not sure

  2. Absolutely terrible customer service. Got hung up on TWICE and had to wait to talk to someone for 30mins the third time I called and when they did pickup they were super rude and not helpful at all… Joke of a company

  3. Their customer service so profoundly unhelpful. Wouldn’t tell me if a treatment was covered, wouldn’t recommend a local dentist or endodontist, and rates rise each year for no additional benefits.

  4. Worst costumer service ever. I called 5 differnt numbers and they all say to call a differnt number or they cannot help me then proceed to hang up on me. If you ever have problems you are screwed because they refuse to help.

  9. Would give 0 star if possible. Spent over 2 hours getting transferred around from one unhelpful, incompetent rep to another, and never got my pre-treatment estimate questions answered. Regret paying the premiums, and am looking for another provider.

  11. I have been withDelta Dental of Michigan for many years. I have always received excellent customer service by phone and wonderful dental coverage. I would recommend them to anyone.

  12. I use the Office Toolkit everyday. It is easy to send preauthorization and do eligibilities . It is convenient to get the claims paid on the Toolkit. If the doctor or Hygienist needs to receive an answer on a authorization the response is instead.
