I have called customer service for several days, with no result (caught in the automated loop). I need to speak to a person to resolve my issues. I have not been billed for the monthly premium for several months.
Orthodontic coverage does not cover any option that does not go directly through an orthodontist’s office. This is a great policy for protecting orthodontists’ businesses and a very poor policy for Delta’s actual paying customers. Would advise Delta to reconsider this policy.

Worst dental insurance I’ve ever had. They lied and said I had a lapse in coverage just to not pay a claim. Then I went to the dentist for a cleaning and had to pay $200 out of my own pocket for a cleaning!! I really need to talk the company into changing dental insurance.

Hello! I waited 1.5 hrs on hold for a Delta Dental MO rep and as of the writing of this email…STILL WAITING. The website is down, so patients are unable to handle their issues. This is both frustrating and completely unacceptable to have patients/subscribers wait this length of time!
Horrible insurance company!!! They sent us a check which was never received. We called twice, they said they stopped the payment and would issue another check. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Very shady business. The company must be investigated for fraud!
