Turned off my gas early. Wanted 350 to take their lock off. 50 percent left in tank .. need a shower and wash my clothes after a long day of moving to realize I get a cold shower and clothes dryer is gas so no dry clothes. Just lame

Excellent customer service from having a “real” person answer the phone to solving our “problem” of no propane. Propane delivered and all pilots expertly re-lit by Sergio. He encountered and dealt with a “difficult” pilot light in our fireplace insert with patience and professionalism. Awesome employee!
