These guys are great. Came out and cut some trees that were over the power lines and they made sure they cleared a path for us and made it real easy!!

I wish I could give this place less than one star. From the permit place to the customer service at the actual electric company, this experience has been ABSOLUTE trash. Go with Entergy.
In the middle of a 15 hour print when we had the worst brown out you have ever seen causing my 3d printing server to shut down and causing the print to fail.
Customer service is trash. 45 min call wait time any time you call. The SLA does not apply.
Not customer-centric. Do not care about their customers. Zero desire to help customers. Was told we could not speak to a supervisor and was told a supervisor would call us but never received a call.
Power went out this morning because of a pesky squirrel on the lines before I could even get a cup of coffee but technician was here in less than an hour and I have coffee…lol. THANK YOU DEMCO!!!

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Then when they do answer they have no idea what to do. I called for 2 hours being put on hold 15 min at a time only to be put to voicemail. Finally get someone. Ended up being rude and hide no idea on how to help me.

I’ve never experience so many service outages in my life until Demco was my power provider. I’ve had appliances ruined from surges and outages and they refuse to compensate for losses.
Received notice of disconnect on the date of disconnect. I hate demco! Energy would at least roll it to the next bill. Never intentionally miss a payment but this month just misplaced the bill and forgot. Entergy please make your way here!
