The doctors may be good, but the customer service is not. The billing department still has not recorded my payment 3 months later and even turned my account over to a collection agency. The check cleared the bank. It’s impossible to get anyone to call you back.

Visit was very insightful and also thorough with annual skin assessment. Next steps were discussed and also feedback for biopsy and/or removal were discussed and performed during visit. Quicker pace for proper diagnosis and treatment discussion, if needed. Definitely will come back for annual appointments!

This was by far the best experience I have had at any Dermatology Center. Everybody was very respectful starting with receptionist and they also seemed very concerned and interested in finding me a resolution. Wonderful experience. They contacted me as soon as my primary care physician sent them the referral. I was able to get an appointment within a week.
