Worst and most UNDEPENDABLE trash service! They show up to pick up trash whenever it suits them. There were several times that they did not pick up trash for WEEKS at a time. Once, they didn’t show up for A WHOLE MONTH! Total waste of money!

I watched the employee from the passenger side of a Dependable Disposal truck throw his styrofoam coffee cup out the window and onto Route 5 this morning. Forgive the pun, but what a trashy piece of garbage that man is.
I’m not even a subscriber to them. In a moderate wind, bins blow all over the road, and trash blows out of the truck when they’re picking up trash. Maybe that’s how they save on tipping fees. Let everything blow evenly everywhere.

Terrible. Just terrible. We just cancelled our service because the route manager and our pick-up guy were so rude to us. I can’t image a small business thriving while treating its customers so poorly. I’m going to make sure my neighbors switch their service.
Have used this service since Waste Management decided to add a hefty administrative fee to their bills. have found them to be very reliable, on the few occasions I have had to contact them, I have found the office personnel to be very pleasant and accommodating.
