Dr. Serrao searches for cancer, not just looks you over. Catching skin cancer early is a big deal, I have had it cut off of me 4 times. Two places looked perfectly normal, even when you knew where it was. Other doctors I have been to in the past looked me over so fast I feel as though the would have missed it.
